Die Portugiesische Kommunistische Partei (PCP) legte am 15. Internationalen Treffen der Kommunistischen und Arbeiterparteien, das vom 8. bis 10, November 2013 in Lissabon stattfand, eine gemeinsame Stellungnahme zur internationalen Lage auf. Der von der PCP vorgeschlagene Text ist bis heute bereits von 55 kommunistischen und Arbeiterparteien unterzeichnet worden. Nachfolgend der Wortlaut des Joint Statements in deutscher Übersetzung.
